In the course of my work as a real estate appraiser, I've encountered a vast array of relevant online resources. At first, I utilized my browser's Favorites feature to keep track of these websites. Before long, however, this list had grown too long and cumbersome to be of practical use.

It occurred to me that organizing these websites in a database would make it easier to keep track of them and to quickly search for them as needed. I also figured that I was not the only appraiser who could benefit from such a database, so I decided to create a web-based service that would be accessible to appraisers everywhere.
